1. General Eligibility
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, products must be:
- Unused, unassembled, and in their original condition.
- Returned with all original packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and hardware.
- Supported by a valid order confirmation or invoice.
- Products not eligible for return include:
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
- Products damaged by misuse, negligence, improper assembly, or modifications not authorized by us.
2. Condition of Returned Items
- Returned furniture must be free from scratches, stains, odors, or other signs of use.
- Products showing excessive wear or damage may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of 20–30% of the purchase price.
- If the original packaging is missing or damaged, additional fees may be charged for repackaging.
3. Return & Exchange Procedure

- Ship the item to the designated return address provided by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Processing
- Once we receive your return, our quality control team will inspect the item.
- Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be issued within 7–14 business days after inspection approval.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method only.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping, delivery, and assembly fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Partial Refunds: If the returned product is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of use, a partial refund or restocking fee will apply.
- Processing Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear.
5. Exchange Policy
- Customers may exchange eligible items for products of equal or greater value.
- Any price difference for a higher-value item must be paid in full before shipping.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the exchange is due to our error.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

7. Large Furniture & Freight Deliveries
- For oversized or bulk furniture orders, returns must be arranged via freight shipping.
- Customers must ensure that returned furniture is properly packaged and protected during transport.
- Additional handling fees may apply for large-item returns.
8. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests may incur fees if the product has already been processed, packaged, or shipped.
- Custom and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
9. International Orders
- For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, all international shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
